in Environmental Education

Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellowships

The Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellowship Program offers current public or private elementary and secondary mathematics, technology, and science classroom teachers with demonstrated excellence in teaching an opportunity to serve in the national public policy arena.

Earthwatch Educator Fellowship Awards

Educator fellowships are awarded through a competitive application process. Applications are considered based on available funding in the applicant's geographic region, financial need, and the benefits that would result from participating on an Earthwatch expedition. Fellows are assigned to projects according to their interests, skills, availability, project need, and grant restrictions.

Echoing Green Foundation

Echoing Green awards two-year fellowships to emerging social innovators. Annually, they award fellowships to individuals with innovative ideas for creating new models for tackling seemingly unsolvable social challenges. These fellowships offer them the opportunity to develop and test their ideas.

EPA'S National Network for Environmental Management Studies Fellowships

The purpose of the NNEMS program is to provide students with practical research opportunities and experiences in an EPA office or laboratory, to increase public awareness of and involvement in environmental issues, and to encourage qualified individuals to pursue environmental careers.

Greenguard Fellowship

GEI offers the Ken Dillon Memorial Fellowship for Indoor Environmental Quality Design. The GEI annually awards a $3,500 fellowship to a graduate or undergraduate student selected for a proposed study of indoor environments with a focus on indoor air quality and its effect on health and/or productivity.

National Wildlife Federation’s Campus Ecology Fellowship

This program offers a nationally recognized opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to pursue their vision of an ecologically sustainable future. Fellows gain experience and knowledge of the challenges and opportunities inherent in successful conservation efforts through projects, environmental research, and organizing on key conservation issues.
