Beulah Frey Environmental Scholarship

The Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania is offering $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors from PA. Students who are applying to a two or four-year college to further their studies in an environmentally-related field are eligible to apply.

Canon National Parks Science Scholars Program

The Canon National Parks Science Scholars Program is a collaboration among Canon, the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the US National Park Service. The program will be awarding eight US $80,000 scholarships to Ph.D. students throughout the Americas to conduct research critical to conserving the national parks of the region. Research projects in the biological, physical, social and cultural sciences are eligible, as well as projects in technology innovation in support of conservation science.

Garden Club Federation of PA

The Garden Club Federation of Pennsylvania offers ten scholarships annually, each a minimum of $1,000.00, to high school and college students who plan to further their education in horticulture, floriculture, landscape architecture, conservation, forestry, botany, agronomy, plant pathology, environmental control, city planning, land management and/or allied subjects.  Students must be Pennsylvania residents but may attend college in any state. 

National Fish and Wildlife Foundation

This scholarship program supports and promotes research that seeks to respond to today’s issues. It is designed to respond to challenges in fish, wildlife and plant conservation in the United States, whether it is the sustainable use of natural resources or control of invasive exotic species. A minimum of ten scholarships of up to $10,000 each will be awarded to cover expenses for tuition, fees, books, room and board and other direct expenses related to their studies.
