Very limited – not well publicized, tends to be with municipal officials ordinances only. Conservancy folks in Berks and other areas are working on public meetings. Message to the public is unclear and not well defined.

Unavailable – Only addressed during a legal clash between people against developers in courts or town meetings. Education is not provided; only argument.

Goal: Promote “clean & green”, and farmland conservation programs.
