This time of year, many people in Pennsylvania enjoy hunting.  Outdoor activities like hunting and fishing are guided by environmental regulations and require most participants to have a license. It is important to know which government agency issues hunting licenses as well as, the other agencies that enforce our many environmental laws and regulations.

The Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Agriculture, Game Commission and the Fish and Boat Commission are a few agencies that deal with environmental laws and regulations.
