PCEE Participates in Slippery Rock's VillageFest

The Pennsylvania Center for Environmental Education opened its doors to the local community during the Slippery Rock VillageFest, held Sept. 15. Kathleen Paul, PCEE Director, Phillip Molnar, Graduate Assistant, and Calandra Jones, SRU student, welcomed visitors with environmental programs and provided information about what PCEE offers children and adults.

In other news, the PCEE "Question of the Week" has returned from its summer break. October Questions will cover topics such as "Integrated Pest Management," "Adaptations" and "Recycling Regulations." Each Question deals with Pennsylvania's environmental issues and aligns with Pennsylvania's Environment and Ecology Standards.
